Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer any of the following:

Returns, Exchanges, Lay-buys, Discounts, Refunds, Store Credit or Deposits. This is subject for all items in-store and online, especially Bridal Wear, Evening Wear and any/all Dresses as well as Men’s Suits. This also includes any specials we have. No exceptions will be made!

Who is the owner of the store and how long have they been trading?

Only Love Bridal store was founded by Yan Hua Zhou (Joe) in March of 2020. We have been at N1 City a total of five+ years successfully.

Delivery & Collection

When you place an order online you have the option of either collecting the item in-store or opting for our delivery service. 

  • Delivery will be done via Pudo at an additional cost.
  • Collection: Please wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready for collection before collecting, in order to avoid disappointment of your order not being processed and packaged yet.
  • Collection address: Only Love Bridal Store, Shop 146, Entrance 3, N1 City Mall, Goodwood, Cape Town
